This educational program is developed in blended learning course mode and is implemented in two stages.

The first stage includes the training of teachers - tutors who will be provided with a first phase of strategies to  strengthen their knowledge of ''Educational Inclusion and Sustainable Learning''  and in a second phase will be provided with Technology  tools for the accompaniment in the platform of participating teachers.

In the second stage, the implementation of the course on Educational Inclusion and Sustainable Learning will be implemented with classroom teachers; using different teaching- learning strategies that will strengthen competencies and skills necessary to promote sustainable learning in their students.



In the face-to-face week, Australian and Latin American experts present the contemporary general framework on educational inclusion in a series of lectures and practical workshops.

During the virtual mode stage, the tutors will have the opportunity to interact on the online platform.

The proposed activities will allow the tutor to become familiar with the theoretical foundations that underlie the course, with their role of accompaniment in the process of teacher training and with the work tools.

The first stage of training will be developed with teachers of the fiscal magisterium who will become teacher - tutors that accompany the process of training classroom teachers during the time of the course. 

The course has a duration of 150 hours distributed in 12 weeks, one week face to face and 11 weeks with e - learning.


  • Sensitize tutors regarding the content of the content of the course to  internalize the sustainable learning, practices inclusive education for the 21st century, and its relevance in the educational context of Ecuador.

  • Provide the theoretical foundations to the tutor and practical strategies framed in the sustainable learning and skills of the 21st century.

  • Present to the tutor the dynamics of follow- up and feedback framed in sustainable learning and 21st century skills, for guide the process of accompaniment of the participating teachers.



The second stage of training will be developed with the classroom teachers of the fiscal magisterium . The course will be carried out in 150 hours distributed in 13 weeks of work in blended form learning course.

Participants in this process will be accompanied by a tutor, who will follow-up and monitor the execution of the activities proposed by the course.

Different learning opportunities, resources and reading materials will be provided as valuable for the application of strategies and monitoring tools in
everyday work environments inside and outside the classroom.

During this process, teachers will have the opportunity to develop skills in collaborative work, management and use of information, problem solving, classroom climate management and digital literacy.


  • Present the learning approach sustainable as the means to articulate inclusive education and learning practices in the classrooms of the XXI century.

  • To provide tools for the construction of work strategies in the classroom, which understand learning as a process of development that arises from particular needs and that is evidenced by individual differences.


  • To deliver strategies that facilitate the design of inclusive curriculum,  valuing the individuality of the students and recognizing the responsibility of the teachers in the achievement of  results of teaching receptive and effective.

  • To promote strategies of work in network manage resources in favor of the inclusion of all the students.
